I recently hired these guys to represent me on a wrongful DUI charge. Tyler Hitch was the attorney assigned to my case and he provided great pre trial representation on my behalf. I am from out of state so he was able to show up for me and take care of the legal processes for me. In the end I was able to receive a verdict of a DUI dismissal once the prosecutors realized we were willing to take it to trial. I highly recommend these guys for representation on a DUI charge. I cannot recommend Larry enough. I was wrongfully arrested in Virginia for reckless driving and accused of being part of a street race I had nothing to do with. Things quickly escalated into a DUI stop. I performed and passed the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, but after refusing the breathalyzer, I was arrested anyway. After wasting time and money on two other attorneys who pushed me to plead guilty and did a poor job defending me, I decided to fight for my innocence. That’s when I hired Larry, and it was the best decision I made. By the time we got to appeals, his reputation alone spoke volumes. We didn’t even have to go to trial.
